Description of Research
The goal of the current study is to measure optimism. You will be asked to answer a number of questions on the computer. It is expected that this study will take approximately 15 minutes to complete.

Risks and Benefits of Research
There are no anticipated risks associated with participating in this research. There will be no more stress or discomfort than what can be expected in everyday life. Although you may not benefit directly from this research, others may benefit from the knowledge gained through this study.

Confidentiality & Anonymity
You will not be identified in any reports from this study. Your name will at no time be connected to your data. Any publication of findings will not identify individuals.

Your participation in this project is voluntary and you may decide to leave the study at any time without penalty.
