Informed Consent Form

This research is being conducted by Cecelia Fyfe, a student in the psychology department at Hanover College.  The study in which you are asked to participate is designed to study maintenance behaviors in long distance/short distance romantic relationships.  You will be asked to answer a series of questions regarding demographics and maintenance behaviors.   After you have finished answering all the questions, you will be debriefed.

The entire study will take about 10 to 15 minutes. There are no known risks involved in being in this study, beyond those of everyday life. Participation in this study is voluntary. Refusing to participate or ceasing to participate at any time will involve no penalty.
